e2Environmental has been involved in five separate subdivisions on East Maddisons Road, Rolleston from 2018-2025. These subdivisions have helped provide nearly 100 infill lots to the township of Rolleston.

Infilling projects from rural sites can be problematic to service because of previous land use and contamination, existing surface flow paths needing to be regraded so that they drain stormwater via roads rather than across neighbour’s property boundaries, and stormwater discharges needing approvals. There was no global stormwater discharge consent available for this site.

e2Environmental have provided designs that mitigate the effects of increased impervious areas and maximised the discharges of stormwater to land for treatment and stormwater management. Using sound design principles, we have obtained stormwater approvals from Environment Canterbury and Selwyn District Council.

e2Environmental provided quality designs on the first development and our details were passed on to other developers interested in subdividing their land.
