John Wilson

John specialises in land development, with over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. Land and subdivision development projects he has been involved in across Canterbury range from large residential to resort developments, high density multi-unit projects to retirement villages. John’s UK experience included area wide traffic modelling, junction analysis, motorway alignment and interchange layout design. He was included in a select design team for Waimakariri District Council’s earthquake recovery and provided construction support for Christchurch’s Victoria Square redevelopment as part of Otakaro’s Avon River regeneration plan.
Expertise in earthworks and site management planning are an extension to his land development work. He has a wide range of experience in design, project and contract management services and is familiar with all local authority processes.
